Well, I found this model on t3fm and it was static, I decided to rig it, since no one seem cared about this dude, the last one of Spec Ops in RE ORC

His rig is the basic one, so, doesnt have true facial expressions, maybe someone can add them, only his eyebrows and jaw works as expression
